A calm vintage small oil on board painting of a lakeside view with a stone house in the distance edging the water suggesting possibly an Italian view.

The artist has painted en plein air, capturing the movement and reflection of the house on the water as clouds float below a blue sky.
The fresh greens of the trees highlight early summer. A hint of pink from the fading day’s sun washes the stone of the building.
