A large Swedish still life of flowers in a white jug; studio pottery sits in the foreground whilst a crimson silk fabric creates the backdrop. Beautifully framed in its original vintage deep set, gilt frame. Oil on Board, monogram lower right and dated '51. The artist has used light and shadow to add depth and perspective to this accomplished painting.
