The artist has worked en plein air capturing a view of a patchwork of fields at the beginning of sunset, painted in the expressionist style. The eye is drawn past the richly coloured patchwork of fields to distant hills set below clouds blushed with pink. A stylish, mid century modern vintage painting in its original gilt frame with linen slip.
