Study of an Oriental Vase

A superb study of an Oriental porcelain vase, British watercolour Circa 1900.

The vase is painted on a dark background to accentuate its shape and jewel like colours. The mark at the bottom of the painting is actually a reflection painted by the artist.

Framed: 12.25” x 9.5” (32cm x 24cm)

This original watercolour is in excellent vintage condition. The frame is original but with small sections missing so sold as seen - still stable and together creates a very decorative effect.
