An atmospheric antique Italian oil on panel framed painting of a woman standing before an ancient door, dated 1883 by the Italian artist Francesco Gnecchi (1847-1919).

•Framed Size: 44cm x 31cm. (17.25” x 12.25”)
•Unframed Size: 32cm x 19.5cm (12.5” x 7.5”)
•Signed by artist with date 30/10 1883 lower left.
•Condition: Oil on panel; age related undulations to the panel; slight indented mark to left hand-side - no paint loss. Later gilded oak frame.
